This online help is specifically designed for the DYNAMO product family for Microsoft Dynamics 365TM Business Central. It is intended to support you in learning how to use the functions of the modules. It provides you with the necessary knowledge to correctly enter the required setup and master data and gives you important hints and practical tips for using the application.

In order to be able to use the online help in a meaningful way, you need to have knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365TM Business Central, especially in the area of Financial Management.

If you use the DYNAMO products onPremise, you will receive the access rights via a license file, which is configured via your Microsoft partner and then made available to you.

If you install and activate the DYNAMO products in the Cloud for the first time via the Microsoft AppSource or if you update in the Cloud from an older DYNAMO version for Business Central 18/19 to the latest version ( or higher), you will receive the following notice when opening the Role Center:

Your app billing data is incomplete. Please complete this data first so that the app "DYNAMO XXX" can be used.

There will be a link provided to the App billing data.

If you click on this link, the window with the App billing data will open. In addition to the Company data, also enter the Contact person of your company, as well as the data of your Supporting Microsoft Partner.

If you do not store App billing data, then the DYNAMO Apps are not operational.

As soon as the App billing data are entered, you will receive a new notice:

Your license will expire in 30 days. Please take into account that all central functions for "DYNAMO XXX" will be deactivated afterwards. Please contact your Business Central Partner to get a full license.

Billing for the app will be handled by your Business Central Partner. Therefore, you should contact him within the test period so that he can get in touch with us in this regard.


If you install the DYNAMO Apps in a sandbox environment, then a test period of 90 days is available to you.
